Premium Experiences, Program Director


The University of Notre Dame (ND.jobs) is accepting applications for a Premium Experiences, Program Director.

Applications will be accepted until 6/6/2017.

This position will manage all premium hospitality and club space coordinated by the Athletics department for football, basketball and hockey games. Responsible for enhancing the game day experience for guests in multiple new facilities (opening Fall 2017) at Notre Dame Stadium including a large corporate hospitality club, multiple private corporate boxes and an exclusive south club without field view as well as the Club Naimoli (Purcell Pavilion) terrace during football pre-games. In addition, the position will direct existing premium hospitality space in Club Naimoli (Men's and Women's Basketball) and O'Brien's (Compton Family Ice Arena - Hockey) as well as other football and basketball game day corporate and private hospitality spaces within the Joyce Center.

This position will help shape the overall customer experience, work with a variety of external and internal partners, frequently communicate directly with clients, and report on customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree. Three years of experience in guest services, hospitality management or a related field.

High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint, and other basic computer usage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail oriented with exceptional organization skills.
