Adjunct Instructor - Healthcare Management and Coding - Pool

Nashville State Community College is currently seeking part-time, adjunct instructors that specialize in the discipline of Healthcare Management and Coding.

Typical Duties:

Instruct lectures/labs, meet with students.

Health-related Bachelor's degree with coding certification from AHIMA or AAPC with a minimum of five years' experience in Health Information Management or Health Care Management and coding experience OR a health-related Masters' degree with 3 years healthcare management and/or coding experience. A thorough knowledge of medical terminology; ICD and CPT coding experience; health care management experience; and a working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office are required.In order to complete the online application process you must attach a cover letter and your resume/CV. College Teaching Experience Preferred.
