About the Opportunity:
The Khoury College of Computer Sciences seeks an energetic, self-starter to serve a growing population of graduate students in a dynamic and fast paced university. The Graduate Adviser will provide professional support to the Assistant Director of Graduate Student Services in the Khoury College of Computer Sciences.

This position will support all graduate program administrative activities including advising students on academic and curriculum/registration matters; serve as liaison between the Graduate School and all University offices that handle matters pertaining to graduate students; attend all relevant committee meetings. This position will maintain the graduate student database utilizing Salesforces, Banner, and the Argos systems and will prepare reports and analyses for the Associate Dean, MS Program Directors, and the Graduate Faculty Committee.

Bachelor's degree required, 2-3 years of experience required, preferably in a higher education setting. Individual must have strong communication skills (verbal and written.), proven experience with spreadsheets and databases, experience working with a diverse student population a must. (Note: 80% of the Graduate program are foreign nationals.) They must have experience working independently and as a member of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree preferred.
