JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Provide AV support for a variety of campus events. Assist customers with AV and computer related equipment loans and show them how to use equipment as needed. Assist with video productions across campus. Assist with poster printing during peak times as needed.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Using AV reservation system, check out/ check-in items from a large inventory of equipment. Prepare AV equipment to fulfill reservation orders. Show customers how to operate the equipment. Set-up/Operate/Take-down AV equipment used for meetings, conferences, and events at a variety of locations across campus. Assist with providing video production support for campus meetings and events. Under the guidance of ATC staff, review and print poster files. Answer phones in front of office and guide customers to appropriate resources/personnel in the department.

Knowledge of AV equipment and experience in AV set-ups involving laptops, projectors, display resolutions, audio recording, sound mixing, wired and wireless microphones, and videotaping is desired. Qualities should include reliability, desire to provide excellent customer service, strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and a willingness to learn new tasks, equipment, and software. Available to work afternoons/early evenings during weekdays and as needed between 8am and 5pm on weekends. Able to work 20-24 hours per week. Must be able to frequently lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. with no restrictions.
