What We're Looking For

Baylor University's Undergraduate Admissions is seeking part-time temporary Admissions Staff. This position will collect and enter data for high school transcripts, information cards, and incoming mail. We are seeking an individual with high attention to detail, a self-starter, and critical thinker. Additionally, the successful candidate will demonstrate the following:
  • Understanding of the needs of a diverse student population within a Christian higher education setting and an openness to cultural humility.
  • Be successful communicating and interacting with all campus populations including students, faculty, and staff.

A High School education, year of relevant work experience, and an active Christian faith are required. An associate's degree and three years of relevant work experience are preferred. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

What You Will Do
  • Collect and enter data from incoming high school transcripts.
  • Collect and enter data from information cards collected at college fairs, high school visits and campus visits.
  • Assist with operational projects and data clean up
  • Electronically index and file all documents into student folders
  • Sort and separate all incoming mail
  • Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor's mission
  • Ability to comply with University policies
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance
