Job Summary:
This position reports directly to the Executive Director of Admissions and Recruitment and is a key leader within the division of Enrollment Management. The Director of the Welcome Center & Campus Experience is responsible for providing leadership and supervision of the daily campus visit program as well as on-campus admission events. This director will collaborate with staff for implementation and execution of large group, small targeted visits, and daily and individual visits. Provide leadership for the Tour Guide program, as well as all recruitment events. Represents the face and spirit of the university by ensuring excellent customer service and quality follow-up and reporting for all prospective Cardinals visitors to the Beaumont Campus.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required
5 or more years of progressive higher education experience or related customer service field
Demonstrated planning and event management skills
Highly organized and able to maintain several different tasks simultaneously
5 or more years of supervisory and leadership skills
Related experience within a college recruitment setting
Knowledge and experience working with technology including, but not limited to, Banner, Attend, Social Media Platforms, VisualZen, and CRM
