Job Description
Oversee day to day camp functions, supervise camp counselors and junior counselors, conduct parent interaction and camper behavior management. Believe in the individual worth of each camper.

Required Qualifications
Completed at least two years of college. Experience as a group counselor or staff member in camp setting. Able to work with minimum of supervision. Good organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Education majors with camp programming and curriculum experience are preferred. Knowledge of child development is preferred. Classroom management experience is preferred. Current UNR student is preferred.

Schedule
This position will begin in March with flexible, part-time hours and will assist with the interview process for counselors and junior counselors in April. Hours and duties will gradually increase in May with camp preparation activities and orientation. Camp runs June 17-August 2, 2019 and On-Site Coordinator will work full-time from the beginning of June through the first week of August
