The School of Architecture and Design at New York Institute of Technology invites outstanding candidates for the position of Visiting Professor of Architecture. The position will be based at our New York City campus with travel to the Long Island (Old Westbury) campus as needed.
Responsibilities
Teach 21 ELH. Maintain weekly office hours and provide academic advising as assigned by the Chair. Participate in all departmental/school activities that advance the goals of the department/school.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree in Architecture plus a license is required or a Master's in Architecture is required. Architecture expertise in architectural design and a specialty in research with an extensive previous teaching experience, including design studio is required.
