Responsibilities:
The Web Content Manager will be the lead liaison between external contractors, Northeastern Information Technology Services, and the school, maintaining and troubleshooting issues with the website by ensuring appropriate integrity, vendor management, and routine upgrades. Working under the Director of Communications, the Web Content Manager will supervise the work of multiple site editors and authors who are distributed across the various D'Amore-McKim departments and Academic Groups

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have a bachelor degree in communications, website development, or a related field and two to five years of related work experience. Excellent organizational and project management skills are needed, including project conceptualization, requirements and briefs, project goals, scope, participant responsibilities, delivery dates, budget, project follow-up, and evaluation. Familiarity with modern web development pipeline technologies, especially Git version control, preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint is also desired. Strong troubleshooting, customer service, creativity and problem solving, and interpersonal skills are required, including patience with non-technical staff.
