Position Summary: The Department of Biology seeks a broadly trained biologist who identifies as a teacher-scholar with demonstrated excellence in innovative undergraduate teaching and mentoring. This position is a full-time, tenure-track Assistant Professor of Biology beginning August 2025. The successful candidate will contribute to curricular design and assessment, teach undergraduate courses, advise and mentor undergraduate students, be team-oriented, and foster an inclusive and equitable classroom and work environment. Position will be opened until filled.
Duties/Responsibilities:
