In compliance with SB 1162, Western University of Health Sciences is providing a pay scale for this position. The pay scale reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position. Within this range, the individual pay is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and work location. Please note that the compensation details listed reflects the base salary only.
Expected Pay Scale
Minimum: $28.85 Hourly

Job Summary
Provides a link between rotation sites, preceptors, and students on Clinical Rotations. Maintains contact with sites; provides information to and receives feedback from students, sites, preceptors, and faculty. Responsible for scheduling and coordination of Clinical Rotations for OMS III and OMS IV students. Provides direction and training to other Rotations Coordinators; balances workload between Rotations Coordinators. Assists OMS III and OMS IV students with their enrollment at rotation sites. Develops and maintains the rotations schema; works with OMS II students to determine rotation tracks, leads Area Meetings to train OMS II students for their Clinical Rotations.

Individuals must possess these knowledge, skills and abilities or be able to explain and demonstrate that the individual can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Excellent computer skills necessary to set up and maintain filing and data systems. Must be able to set up and format documents in Word, Excel, Power Point and fluently use the Internet and Intranet.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact appropriately with administration, faculty, staff and students.
- Ability to compose non-routine correspondence on own initiative and handle routine questions/requests that are governed by the Clinical Education Manual.
- Must be able to work and in fast-paced environment and be flexible in job assignments.
- Ability to handle detail-oriented assignments with accuracy and confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Any combination of training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. BA/BS required.
- Experience: 2-4 years clerical experience.
