Location: Elon University Campus

Title: Graduate Application Reader

Position Summary

This position is responsible for working with the graduate admission/program staff in the holistic review process of applications received for the M.S. in Physician Assistant Studies (PA) and Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) programs. The reader will complete the initial review of all applications and recommend which applicants will advance in the admissions process.

2-3 years of related experience preferably in higher education.

Job Duties
  • Prepare applications and conduct equitable file review for holistic admissions selection within programs of responsibility: transcripts, test scores, recommendations, essays, resume/portfolio, interview, non-cognitive variables.
  • Recommend applicants to advance in the admissions process based on outlined criteria set by admissions committee
  • Regularly communicate with Director of Graduate Health Sciences admissions regarding review process, application volume, and timeline
