The Questrom School of Business is seeking a highly experienced and innovative administrator to serve as the Program Director for our dynamic and growing portfolio of MS programs, including the MS in Business Analytics. Reporting to the Executive Director of MS Programs and working closely with program Faculty Director, the Program Director is responsible for designing and managing all aspects of the student experience for the MSBA program, fostering operational excellence, and leading a student-centered, values-driven culture. The Director oversees program operations and staff, including an Assistant Director.

Required Skills

Masters Degree Required, minimum of 5 -8 years of related experience, with 3 years of management experience. Demonstrated ability to manage and develop staff

Knowledge of the finance field is a plus.
Ability to think strategically.
Ability to assess and manage outcomes using appropriate metrics.
