Job Summary
The University of Michigan School of Dentistry invites applications and nominations for a full-time clinical track faculty member at the level of Assistant or Associate Professor in the Division of Restorative Dentistry.

The School and the CRSE Department are fully engaged in supporting a new model for dental education that includes digital dentistry, evidence-based dentistry, and multi-disciplinary education. The successful candidate for this clinical track position should have clinical proficiency in restorative dentistry. Prior experiences with teaching and clinical research are required. Expertise in clinical applications of dental materials and/or dental implant restoration is desirable.

Duties: clinical and didactic teaching at the graduate and undergraduate level, patient care, scholarly activity and clinical research. Successful candidates should have a DDS/DMD degree and the ability to be licensed in Michigan. A State of Michigan Clinically Limited Academic License may be available for qualified candidates. A MS degree in a field relevant to the position is highly desirable.

The CRSE Department has an active mentorship program and will provided ample opportunity for development of collaboration research projects. Opportunities are available for participation in the School of Dentistry Faculty Practice. Salary and level of academic appointment will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
