POSITION SUMMARY:

Coordinate the programmatic, educational, administrative, and operational functions essential for the efficient functioning of the Community First Responder Program (CFRP). Assist the Program Director and the Program Manager. Coordinate the activities of the Community First Responder Program, including scheduling and executing outreach events and delivering overdose response trainings. Provide coordination of financial matters pertaining to administration of CFRP budgets. Serve as coordinator support for all CFRP activities and naloxone distribution. Provide data compilation, entry into reporting platforms, and submission of progress reports.


Duties and Responsibilities:
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist with program outreach and overdose education with naloxone distribution (OEND). Serve as support for Program Manager and undergraduate students with arranging, scheduling, staffing, and executing outreach and OEND events in the community.
Coordinate and assist with delivery of naloxone to community partners. Ensure accurate and comprehensive naloxone inventory records are maintained.
Enter all data collected from educational seminars and outreach efforts into the Rhode Island Department of Health REDCap platform and the University of Rhode Island ArcGIS platform.
Serve as a liaison to the Rhode Island Department of Health for CFRP to ensure outreach events and OEND trainings are offered for key populations including, but not limited to, those required by RI law.
Assist the Program Manager with the preparation and submission of required on-line reporting to the funding agency including, but not limited to, inventory reports and post-event participant data.
Coordinate grant activities outlined in the grant scope of work to ensure milestones are being completed in a timely fashion. Communicate and coordinate with all CFRP staff and affiliates, within the College as well as external partners, to ensure specific aims are being met.
Manage the marketing, design and distribution of announcements, educational materials, social media and publications related to the Community First Responder Program.
Assist in the preparation of specialized clinical data analysis, financial reports, and daily assigned projects as needed by the Program Director and Program Manager.
Provide coordination of financial matters pertaining to all administration of CFRP budgets and reconciling them with their approved goals and objectives. Monitor assigned accounts and maintain accurate financial records utilizing the PeopleSoft system. Prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets for financial reporting and analysis.
Function as a liaison to the College's Business Office team and liaise with other University offices, when appropriate, including the Health Services and the URI Office of Sponsored Research.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform other duties as assigned.

LICENSES, TOOLS, AND EQUIPMENT:

Personal computers, printers, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google calendars, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Articulate Rise 360, Qualtrics, REDCap Grant support software (InfoEd, eRA Commons). Must provide own transportation.
