Job Summary:

To provide programming support for the Office of Research, Assessment and Special Initiatives (RASI), to deliver a dashboard reporting system to support enrollment and retention efforts and to deliver excellent customer service to VSCC employees.

Job Duties:

Work in partnership with the RASI team to build pre-defined dashboards. Work with RASI team to troubleshoot data fact book. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Experience in computer programming.

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate's degree,
Knowledge of Ellucian Banner and other computer languages.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Knowledge of PowerBI.
Knowledge of administrative procedures and modern office practices.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Must be detail oriented, highly organized and self-motivated.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word and Outlook.
Must be committed to a positive customer service philosophy.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse group of individuals.

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
