The University of Utah School of Dentistry (UUSOD) seeks qualified candidates for a faculty position in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (OMFS), working approximately 1-2 days per week (0.2 - 0.4 FTE). The UUSOD is committed to excellence in education, patient care, and service to underserved populations across Utah.

The school fosters a humanistic, evidence-based approach to education and patient care. We are looking for applicants who will educate and mentor dental students to be technically proficient in all aspects of primary oral health care and who can serve as role models for the compassionate and ethical care of patients. We also seek individuals whose drive and intellectual curiosity help advance research that leads to new therapeutics for oral health care. We seek applicants with insights and vision for partnering with other primary healthcare professionals to improve oral and overall health for patients.
