Description:

Reporting to the Chief Diversity Officer & Dean of Diversity (CDO), the Academic Center Manager oversees and administers CERRU conflict simulation curriculum and its educational DEI cultural, social justice and diplomacy programs. The Academic Center Manager is responsible for ensuring staff supervision, seamless program delivery, quality control and evaluation. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Remain current and fluent on emerging DEI matters, civility and social justice issues that impact

• the safety, wellbeing and success of the QC community

• Collect data and generate reports that analyze, evaluate, and assess the impact of workshops and

• events

• Build and maintain relationships with various campus constituencies, community groups and

• external partners

• Creates and maintains various spreadsheets related to financial analysis

• Perform financial transactions for tax-levy and non-tax levy entities
