Job Summary:
Manage and perform day to day administrative operations for the Departments of Art & Design and Theatre & Dance in the College of Fine Arts and Communication. This position works with and is supervised by departmental chairs.

Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Education Required:
2 years of college education.
Minimum Experience Required:
3 years experience in an office setting.
Demonstrated history of engagement with the arts preferred.
Key Competencies:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Experience with MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Content Management System, Cardinal Purch, and Banner.
Experience using office equipment such as personal computer, various copier with multi-function capabilities, Fax Machine, Network Printers.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift 40 pounds.
Current drivers license and ability to travel.
Job Conditions:
This position may require perform other job-related duties to meet university and departmental needs.
