Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for overseeing the management of the Enrollment Information Systems as an integrated system used for enrollment purposes including recruitment, retention, completion and success. Support and facilitate the use of enrollment technology solutions by staff, faculty, and students. Assure accuracy of all internal enrollment-related transactions and collaborate with Information Technology Dept. in the improvement, procurement and implementation of new and emerging enrollment technologies. This position reports to the Dean, Enrollment Management.

  • Serve as the enrollment lead for managing Student Planning changes; the College's student-facing enrollment system used to review an educational plan, enroll in term courses and track student progress towards completion.
  • Ensure all enrollment systems are in compliance as required by ICCB, IBHE, HLC and any other governing bodies of the College.
  • Collaborate with Information Technology Dept. on searching, procuring and implementing emerging enrollment technologies that help students clarify, plan, and track their course of study in order to increase retention and completion.
  • Research enrollment technology that helps improve the quality of interactions between students, enrollment staff, faculty and program advisors.
  • Work closely with Information Technology Dept. to plan, design, implement, maintain and enhance all enrollment systems.
  • Serve as the Enrollment Management division representative for the College's Administrative Technology Advisory Committee (ATAC).
  • Responsible for creating appropriate Security Classes that will provide adequate and equitable access to necessary systems in enrollment management.
  • Maintain a high degree of knowledge regarding the various federal and state laws, policies and procedures related to student information including review of FERPA guidelines.
  • Collaborate with Admissions & Outreach to ensure seamless system integration between the College's enrollment systems and the customer relationship system (CRM) used in Admissions & Outreach.
  • Collaborate with other college departments and divisions to continually seek input from stakeholders in order to determine areas for improvement in enrollment systems.
  • Review and recommend the use and integration of enrollment systems with other technologies in Student and Academic Affairs to ensure a seamless student experience.
  • Serve as liaison between Enrollment Management and Information Technology leadership to plan, develop, implement and enhance all enrollment system initiatives.
  • Work closely with Enrollment Center to improve student-facing and employee student enrollment solutions.
  • Submit and track all enrollment related Problem, Process, and Report Requests submitted to the Information Technology Dept. for any issues or errors.
  • Develop Rule Writing Requests in accordance with Information Technology policies to enhance the enrollment experience of students and staff.
  • Collaborate with Institutional Research and Planning to ensure proper integration of data from enrollment systems to analytical tools and dashboards at the College.
  • Remain current on enrollment technology related issues through workshops, seminars and conferences.
  • Serve on appropriate college committees/teams/task forces and advise the college administration regarding issues/concerns which may have an impact on enrollment systems.
  • Collaborate with specific college departments to customize enrollment technology needs for special programs.
  • Serve in the College's annual Information Technology Plan to determine the enrollment systems needed to support the growth and development of enrollment goals, objectives and procedures for Student Affairs.
  • Prepare and provide enrollment system usage statistics to leadership.


  • Qualifications:

    • Education
      • Bachelors degree required.
      • Master's Degree preferred.
    • Experience
      • 3 years of experience in an educational institution in the area of Enrollment, Admissions, Registration or Records or similar environment required.
      • Established customer service orientation and ability to handle detailed work and multiple priorities under deadlines required.
      • An understanding of enrollment data analytics required.
      • Proven collaboration skills required.
      • Proficiency in written and spoken English required.
      • Experience with Ellucian Colleague and Recruit systems also ERP, CRM, Tableau, SalesForce and Enrollment Analytics preferred.

      Hiring Range:
      Managerial 6 Salary/70,000.00 - 75,000.00
