The College of Engineering and Applied Science (CEAS) at the University of Colorado Boulder welcomes applications for the Faculty Development and Recruitment Specialist! This position holds a key role in Faculty Advancement within CEAS. Core responsibilities include identifying, proposing revisions for, implementing, and assessing outcomes of policies, programs, and procedures to meet CEAS goals for faculty recruiting, hiring, retention, and advancement. The position will coordinate faculty recruiting, search committees, and personnel committees within CEAS. This position also partners with the Office of Faculty Affairs and the Campus HR Diversity and Inclusive Excellence team on development and support initiatives.

What We Can Offer




The starting salary range for this position is $65,000-$77,500. Relocation assistance is available within CEAS guidelines.

What We Require




  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

  • Three years experience managing human and organizational needs or experience with employment-related procedures.

  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute.
