Basic Function:
The Postdoctoral Candidate will be responsible for carrying out electronic structure calculations using density functional theory to investigate N2 and H2 occupationsa and transport in Group V metals. Diffusion and solubility estimates will also be made in addition to storage potential of metals for small molecules. Applications will be toward carbon capture.
